Refund policy

At Hunna, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be in its original condition.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be attached and included.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, alterations, stains, or odors cannot be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
